Disclosures

What we are, what we're not, and the risks you're taking.

ShunyaTax Dealflow is a brokered introduction service. It is not an investment adviser, portfolio manager, or broker-dealer. Read this before posting, investing, or committing capital through the platform.

Role of ShunyaTax

ShunyaTax acts as a broker that (a) solicits requirements from capital seekers, (b) shows those requirements to accredited investors who have registered on the platform, and (c) supports the introduction and documentation of any resulting transaction. We charge a success-based commission on closed deals, disclosed in advance.

We are not authorised to, and do not, give personalised investment advice, manage portfolios, underwrite securities, or act as a fiduciary to any party. Decisions to post, invest, or transact are made solely by the parties involved.

No guarantee of outcome

Listings on the platform are not pre-cleared, rated, or endorsed by ShunyaTax. Diligence is the responsibility of the parties to a deal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Risk warning

Private-market investing is high-risk. Capital committed through deals originated on Dealflow may be illiquid, long-duration, and exposed to total loss. Investors should only commit capital they can afford to lose, after independent diligence and, where appropriate, advice from their own tax and legal advisers.

Conflicts of interest

Where ShunyaTax Global (the parent) or any affiliate holds an interest in a listing, party, or transaction, that interest is disclosed on the listing record before any introduction is made.

Accreditation of investors

Access to listing detail and the ability to express interest are gated to accredited investors as we verify them under applicable Indian regulations. Self-declaration is a placeholder; KYC and accreditation checks must complete before deal-level access is granted.

Regulatory status

ShunyaTax Dealflow operates as an introduction service under Indian law. It is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or a Portfolio Manager, and is not registered as a broker-dealer. Any regulated activity undertaken in connection with a deal (for example, issuance documentation, tax opinions) is performed by the relevant regulated entity and disclosed to the parties.
